    Zapotec Indian Rug

    This is a beautiful Zapotec weaving hand loomed in an ancient traditional style. Could be used as a rug, table runner or maybe a tapestry. Design identifies it as Zapotec however these designs are shared by Navajo, Aztec, Maya and Incan cultures.
    Weaving measures approx. 16" by 40".  This width is often hand woven on a back strap loom. Has traditional Zapotec style fringe. Colors are beige and brown with green, maroon, black and white wool accents.
